Cinnamon Apple and Sweet Potato Chips

Cinnamon Apple and Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. each of sugar and cinnamon
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and thinly sliced

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Place apple and sweet potato slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes, or until slices are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Chips will crisp as they cool.
